King of Wands
Upright
An empty theatre before opening night, the director at center stage with the cast sheet. Tradition reads the King of Wands as visionary leadership: seeing the whole show, making the call, bringing people with you. It's less about control than direction. The card asks you to say what you want built, out loud and clearly, then trust the people you chose to help build it.
Name the show. Then let the cast play it.

Reversed

It can also be a leader who stopped explaining the why. The card asks you to step back, restate the goal, and let other people own their part.
Stop directing every line. Trust the cast.
