We refuse questions about medical care, the law, money, gambling, and whether you should quit a job. We also stop a reading that is for anyone under 18. Questions about self-harm, abuse, or addiction stop the reading and show a help card. Those stops do not use a free ask.
Payments are off. There is no paid plan to cancel and no separate mailing list. If a Plus plan is offered later, it renews until you cancel in the billing portal. Prices shown in the app come from the price catalog. There is no weekly plan. Credits, when offered, are spent one per follow-up after the free daily asks.
To download a copy of your data or delete your account, sign in and open Account. Download my data exports a JSON file. Delete account removes your profile and readings. Billing rows, if any, are anonymized.
