Four of Cups

正位
Rainy window seat, three cold mugs, a fourth being held out that he hasn't looked at yet. Tradition reads the Four of Cups as boredom, reevaluation and turning inward. Sometimes that's useful: you're checking what you actually want. Sometimes it means missing what's on offer. The card doesn't judge the mood. It asks you to look up once and notice whether anything new is being held out.
Look up once. Notice what's being held out.

逆位
He finally turns from the window. Reversed, the Four of Cups may point to coming out of a flat stretch: noticing what's around again, saying yes to something, or ending a withdrawal that went on longer than you meant. Small steps count here. The card asks you to follow the first bit of interest, however faint, without demanding that it turn into enthusiasm right away.
Faint interest still counts. Follow it.
