Three of Wands

De pé
Three marker poles in the ground, a foreman watching the first beam go up at dawn. Tradition reads the Three of Wands as early progress and looking further out: the plan has left the page and something is moving. It's not the finish. It's the part where the work starts to take shape. The card asks you to keep an eye on the horizon while you tend what's already in motion.
It's moving. Look up from the foundation.
Desfechos
- Trabalho: Leans toward widening the plan once the base is in.
- Afeto: Leans toward picturing a little further ahead together.
- Você: A reminder to notice how far you've already come.
Horizonte
Notice what has started moving since you began.
Um passo pequeno: List three things already in motion, then pick the next one to support.
Invertida
The beam hangs and the crew waits. Reversed, the Three of Wands may point to delays, plans that stalled after a strong start, or focusing so close that the wider view goes missing. Frustration is natural when the first push doesn't show results. The card asks you to check what's actually blocking the next step, and whether the plan needs adjusting or more time.
Slow isn't stuck. Find the one bolt that's loose.
Desfechos
- Trabalho: Notice whether a delay is a block or a pause.
- Afeto: Notice if you're expecting too much too soon.
- Você: A reminder that slow isn't the same as stuck.
Horizonte
Notice the one thing actually holding up the next step.
Um passo pequeno: Ask one question that clears a blocked step.
